A workout focused on functional movement, mobility, alignment, stretching and strengthening all while connecting breath to movement, our signature Yogalates class combines yoga, pilates, strength and breath work to create a blended workout that leads to longevity and peak performance over the longterm and feeling better than when you walked in (& more sore) overt the short term. 

Yogalates vs Yoga

Yogalates is an intense and extremely challenging workout that combines yoga & pilates. One side of the body is stretching while the opposite is strengthening. Yoga is a vinyasa flow - breath to movement, stretch & recovery that's off a machine and generally accompanied by hands on adjustments to get deeper into postures & stretches. Privates can either be Yogalates or Yoga 1-6 people.

Stretch & Recovery 

Complement our movement with involves yoga equipment such as blocks, straps and lacrosse balls. It consists of a dynamic warmup followed by holding stretches for an extended period of time. The main purpose of this class is to relax, while gaining flexibility and mobility.
