I’m a wife to a business owner and mother to 3 teenage boys. I am a licensed master esthetician since 2006. I love working with the skin and have recently have been drawn to doing gel nail/extensions. I grew up in Central Utah, but I have lived North Shore for the last 15 years. I’ve done many exercise classes during that time (yoga, bikram, Hiit, barre…) and really enjoyed them, but nothing can quite compare to The Den Yogalates.
