Private events & buyouts
Birthdays, bachelorettes, team offsites, retreat days. A class built for your group, the studio to yourselves, and the Health Bar open afterwards if you want it.
Events & partnerships
Our classes come first, always. But for the right event or partner we are happy to share the room — especially when it connects to a Den athlete or ambassador.
Featured — brand shoot

A full studio takeover: our reformers, our instructors, their athletes and crew. Shot by Arto Saari. We closed the floor for the morning and reopened for the 10am.
What we host
Birthdays, bachelorettes, team offsites, retreat days. A class built for your group, the studio to yourselves, and the Health Bar open afterwards if you want it.
Daylight, glass block windows, black reformers and plants — or the candlelit Recovery Den at Waialua. Two very different rooms, both camera-ready. We can supply instructors and class talent.
Reformer and recovery blocks built around a season. Contrast therapy after hard days. We have run these for collegiate and professional athletes.
Past team and community events
Off-site
Some of our favourite days have not happened in the studio at all — yoga on a farm, a class in a barn, sunrise on a lawn somewhere on the North Shore.
If you have a space and a group, we can bring instructors, mats and a playlist. Tell us where and roughly how many, and we will tell you what is possible.
Local businesses
Beyond events, we like working with other North Shore businesses — usually one of two ways.
A wellness day for your team. We come to you, or you come to us. A class, some recovery, and a morning that is not a meeting.
Or a discount code for your staff, so the people doing the work can actually afford the thing that helps them keep doing it.
In exchange we usually just ask whether our instructors can get a small discount at your place. That is the whole arrangement. Nobody invoices anybody.
Rough dates, rough numbers, and which room you are imagining. We will come back with what it looks like and what it costs.
