Why we make it ourselves
Simple enough to do properly.
Clean, locally sourced where we can get it, and organic where it matters. The cold brew comes from Mele Mele, the bakery we share the lot with. Mostly we just wanted it to be good — because after an hour of work you should not have to drive somewhere else to eat something decent.
At some point we realised the food we actually wanted was simple enough to make ourselves. Protein balls. Complex carbs from a sweet potato. Probiotics from yogurt. Protein from a perfectly hard boiled egg. Nothing that needs a laboratory.
And some treats thrown in, because sometimes the honest answer after a hard class is a date bite and a coffee smoothie.
Come say hi to our team behind the counter.
Come get something cold.
