Booking & cancellation
Classes must be reserved in advance, through the Den app or on this site. Spots are held for the person who booked them.
All cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time (the cancellation window).
- Cancelling inside the 12-hour window incurs a $12.50 late cancellation fee.
- Not attending a booked class without cancelling incurs a $25 no-show fee.
- Credit-based plans also forfeit the class credit.
Waitlists
If a class is full you can join the waitlist. If you no longer want the spot, you must remove yourself from the class or waitlist at least 12 hours before the class start time. Failing to do so may result in a late cancellation fee.
Memberships
All memberships — Movement, Recovery and All Access, at every credit level — carry a three-month minimum term and then continue automatically month to month.
- Cancelling after the minimum term requires 30 days’ notice.
- Cancelling before the minimum term ends requires 30 days’ notice plus half of one month’s membership fee.
- Each membership includes one three-week freeze.
The Den does not currently offer memberships without a minimum term. For commitment-free options, see introductory offers, class packages and drop-in classes.
Class packages & credits
Class packages provide a fixed number of classes and are valid for six months from purchase. Expired classes are not refunded.
Expiry
- Unused credits from founding, 4, 8 or 12-class memberships expire at the end of their 30-day period and do not roll over.
- Class packages expire six months after purchase.
- Introductory offers expire two weeks after purchase.
- Drop-in classes expire one month after purchase.
- Community class credits expire one week after purchase.
Introductory offers
Introductory offers are limited to one purchase per customer. Local resident pricing requires proof of Hawaiʻi residency — a Hawaiʻi ID or a long-term lease. We may contact you to confirm this before your first class.
Payments & refunds
Subject to certain restrictions, all sales are final. Classes, credits and memberships are not eligible for transfer or exchange between people.
Health, safety & assumption of risk
By taking part in classes, sauna, cold plunge or any other activity at The Den, you confirm that you are physically able to do so, and you accept the risks that come with physical exercise and with heat and cold exposure.
You agree to release The Den Hawaiʻi, its owners, staff and instructors from liability for personal injury, accident, illness or death arising from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Tell your instructor about injuries, medical conditions or pregnancy before class. If you have heart, blood pressure or circulation conditions, or you are pregnant, speak to your doctor before using the sauna or cold plunge.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
