What we collect

When you book a class, buy a membership or create an account, you give us your name, contact details and payment information. We use it to run your bookings, take payment, and contact you about your classes.

If you email us, we keep that email so we can reply and follow up.

Who handles your booking and payment data

Our schedule, purchases and accounts run on Mariana Tek, a third-party booking platform. When you book or pay on this site, you are using their system embedded in our page, and your information is handled under their privacy policy and security practices. We never see or store your full card details.

What this website itself does

• Typefaces, images and video are served from this site itself. Loading an ordinary page here contacts no one but us.
• The booking, pricing and account pages load Mariana Tek’s embedded booking system.
• The opening-soon signup form is hosted by Xplor. What you enter there goes to Xplor and to us, and the form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, which means Google receives some technical information about your browser.
• The booking system sets its own cookies, and also stores a small amount of data in your browser on our site — currently a language preference. Those are Mariana Tek’s, governed by their policy, and it shows its own cookie notice in the booking panel where you can manage them.
• We do not set advertising cookies ourselves, and we do not sell or share your information.

Marketing

If you ask to hear about a studio that is opening, we will email or text you about it — only the channels you ticked, and only until you tell us to stop.

If you have an account with us we may email you about classes, schedule changes, offers and events. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and using it does not affect your bookings or membership.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@thedenhawaii.com and we will sort it out. Some records we have to keep for accounting and liability reasons even after an account closes.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and accounts are for adults.
