Our full recovery and movement hub, in the Silo behind Mele Mele Bakery. Yoga and spin upstairs. Downstairs: lockers, changing rooms, a multi-person sauna, two ice baths, two showers, and the Den Health Bar.

This is the studio to come to when you want the whole arc — move, get hot, get cold, then sit in the sun with something cold and sweet.

Sauna 185°F · Ice baths 55°F and 39°F Multi-person sauna and two separate plunges, so you can pick your cold.

How hot is the sauna, and how cold are the plunges?

The sauna runs at 185°F. There are two ice baths — one at 55°F and one at 39°F. Start with the warmer one. Nobody is keeping score.

What do I wear and bring?

Swimwear, a towel and something dry to change into. There are showers, changing rooms and lockers downstairs.

Can I use the sauna and plunge without taking a class?

Yes — the Sauna & Ice Free Flow is its own 45-minute self-guided session. Book it like any other class.

Do I need to book, or can I walk in?

Book ahead if you can — sessions are capped and they fill. You can also book at the front desk when you get here. The Health Bar is walk-in.
